1) Reviewing internal policy, procedure, guideline, and flow and propose to manager and committee to amend any weakness and less effective
2) Create effective solution to speed up loan processing
3) Conducting training program as quarterly or any urgent need to credit assessment team and credit staff to improve/strengthening credit quality
4) Collecting/gathering all related sources of credit application to review and analyze which following internal standard and procedure
5) Check and review clients "credit history, collateral, and legal document to comply with internal requirement and external regulations"
6) Conduct site visit to clients resident, site of collateral, and business status etc.,
7) Prepare loan application and submit to manager or/and committer for review and approval
8) Responding to information inquiry from clients and follow up about credit status
9) Monitor and ensure that loan applications are maintained in compliance with internal policies and external regulators
10) Support credit team to key in credit information into system
11) Reporting of credit disbursement, credit issue, and credit follow up to Credit Manager and management
12) Monitoring, coaching, and training team member to understand well relating to policies, procedure, and guideline and ensure they have enough skill and ability to perform the assigned task
13) Other task assign by Credit Manager/Managements.
